The cave is anchored in the landscape, surrounded by vineyards, it was built to be a part of the hill.
The winery is twenty years old and was built with gravity to improve wine’s quality. Maceration is in sealed thermoregulated stainless steel vats and concrete tanks.
And then, maturation is in new oak barrels for 4 wines.
