This vineyard is located near the town of Pont de l’Isère, in a place called “Beauséjour” , a typical Crozes Hermitage “Terroir”. Age of vines : 12 years

Winemaking
Manual grape harvest, destemming. Vinification in stainless steel tanks with a precise control of temperatures. 12 to 15 days of maceration.
Aging
In stainless steel tanks for 65% of the volume and in 2 years old barrels for 35% of the volume. Bottling after 10 to 12 months of maturation.
